We recommend that all guests have adequate travel insurance; some things to consider are cancellation fees, your inability to travel, loss or damage to personal belongings, illness, accident, and medical emergencies.
Your tour is to be reconfirmed the day prior to departure by telephoning 1300 32 10 19; we need to provide final pickup details, and this is an opportunity for you to ask any last-minute questions. Failure to do so and meet your scheduled pickup time and point, may result in the cancellation of your tour with no refund.
* A booking is not considered confirmed until a completed booking form and deposit has been received.
* The payment of deposit constitutes the full agreement with and the acceptance of the terms and conditions.
* Tours are subject to minimum passenger numbers to travel (other than Charter). If it is necessary to cancel a tour for this reason, an alternative date will be offered. If you are unable to travel on this date, a full refund is provided.
* Pickup times are approximate; please wait outside your accommodation 5 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup-time.
* Children fares are based on 14 years and under.
* Meals, beverages, and attractions are only included in the cost of your tour as stated in your itinerary.
* The tour operator reserves the right to change or alter your tour itinerary and carriers to those advertised without prior notice due to weather, road or operational requirements and would do so with full consideration of your safety and comfort. No refunds are given in these circumstances.
* The tour operator are unable to guarantee exact arrival and departure times and is not liable for your failure to make connections with other services.
* The tour operator takes all care but holds no responsibility for loss, damage, injury, or death incurred at any of its utilized accommodation providers and may change these providers without notice, making every effort to supply equal quality where possible.
* The tour operator are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or death caused to a passenger by another passenger.
* Itineraries are correct at time of publication; however slight differences may occur as we endeavor to improve our tour throughout the year. No refund is given for altered itineraries; however, we do so with your tour satisfaction as our number one goal.
